Great to meet you!

I am an individual and family therapist. I have a passion for helping young adults and parents feel empowered and in control of their lives. I specialize in helping families better understand each other, cope with life challenges, manage symptoms related to grief, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Autism and ODD. I help teens, young adults and parents understand how their childhood has impacted how they engage with the world today; working to create increased self-esteem, healthy boundaries, and amplified joy. My goal is to help you to overcome obstacles in life that seem insurmountable.

My approach to therapy

I have over ten years’ experience, working to support family conflict resolution. I have worked with parents on processing their role as a parent alongside maintaining their own identity outside of this role. Providing compassion to the challenges of parenting, more specifically those with children that have mental health or intellectual disabilities.

I provide support for grief surrounding family loss, animal loss and traumatic experiences. I will be present with you in acknowledging the impacts of grief in your life as well as how it has manifested in your past, present, and even future experiences. Today you took steps towards healing. I hope you reach out for a free consultation.

What you can expect from me

I hope to foster a calm and safe environment to start to build trust and the journey to healing.
