Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan, with almost 20 years of experience in Counseling clients age 7 to 75, from varying backgrounds, races, values, identities, and life experiences. Whether our work surrounds experiences with anxiety or depression, ADHD, life changes/transitions, trauma, identity, self-esteem, or stressors related to work, school, family, or relationships; I believe strongly that personal growth requires having someone in your corner and I would love to be that unbiased someone, providing a therapeutic space that is individualized and collaborative and having your best-interest and life goals as our top priority.

Open to working with Clients 7 and older.

My approach to therapy

I provide client centered therapy, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Counseling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Counseling, and trauma informed Mindfulness, to name a few.

What you can expect from me

With each client’s unique needs and goals in mind, we will develop a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, as well as a therapeutic plan that will provide you with the tools needed to evolve, heal, understand, or move forward in your life. Together, we will strive toward the ultimate outcome: a stronger, more skillful you, who is ready and better equipped to take on life's challenges.
