Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling anxious, down, overwhelmed, or like your brain is working against you, you are not alone. I work with teens, young adults, and adults via telehealth on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, FASD, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. With 10 years in mental health and 3 as a therapist, I focus on skills you can actually use in your daily life to feel more grounded and in control.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, down to earth, and practical. In sessions, we will talk through what has been hard, notice patterns that keep you stuck, and build tools that fit your real life. I draw from CBT, DBT, and a strengths based, person centered approach to help you manage emotions, navigate challenges, and set realistic, meaningful goals that feel truly achievable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will explore what has been going on, what feels most overwhelming right now, and what you would like to be different. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, more at ease, and clearer on your goals, with a few concrete next steps we can continue to build on together in future sessions.
