Great to meet you!

I am dual-licensed in Illinois and Oregon, holding both a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I bring over seven years of combined experience addressing mental health disorders, substance use disorders, case management, and working within higher education settings. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling fromGrand Canyon University.

My approach to therapy

Together, we work to understand your current symptoms, interpersonal dynamics, and how these patterns affect your daily life. Therapy focuses on clarifying what you want from life, reframing negative self-perceptions, strengthening communication skills, improving emotional awareness and regulation, and developing healthier personal boundaries. These skills work together to support meaningful change and help you achieve your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session focuses on understanding and validating your current experiences, while collaboratively developing an evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Please note I have limited slot times on my Headway calendar. If you do not see a time that works for you, do not hesitate to message me. I can open up some other times.
