Great to meet you!

During 20 years as a therapist, I have learned that growth often starts the moment someone finds a safe place to talk. You may be struggling with stress, your mood, or a relationship. Are you facing a stressful transition or a crisis - at college or work, with your family, or due to a recent loss? I will accompany you on this journey of healing and growth.

My special interest is helping adults work through and overcome the effects of abuse and other harsh experiences growing up. Wherever you want to begin, I am here to listen.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best when we build an authentic connection. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel deeply understood and able, at your own pace, to talk about anything that needs to come up. This work builds the trust and openness needed to make new insights and interactions, and to experience yourself in a new light.

To help reach your goals, our conversations may utilize evidence-based modalities like CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT, EMDR, or Interpersonal Therapy, among others.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to meeting and getting to know each new client.

If you think we'd work well together, look at my availability to book your first session.

Together, we will focus on the experiences, feelings, insights, and goals that matter most for your growth and healing now.

Peace on your journey.
