Great to meet you!

I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, and stress management. I have been in the mental health arena since 2005, and I truly love what I do. I like to make sure we are a good fit to help you move forward more seamlessly. I have been on the other side of the desk, and I know that when we feel judged, we are not always honest. Honesty is necessary for progress. I encourage mindfulness practices and other strategies to help you stay focused between sessions and maintain your momentum.

My approach to therapy

This is a journey that you and I are taking. You are the expert in your life. I am here to serve as a sherpa on this journey. I will tell you where there will be difficulty navigating, and it is up to you to decide whether to move forward. Always remember, therapy is uncomfortable. However, discomfort is motivating, but pain can be debilitating.

What you can expect from me

For our first appointment, we will focus on ensuring we are a good fit. It is a time to ask questions and ensure that I can be of service on your journey.
