Great to meet you!

You don't need to become someone new—you need to reconnect with the person you've always been beneath the stress, self-doubt, burnout, and expectations placed upon you.

I work with helping professionals, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the direction their life is taking. Whether you're navigating burnout, struggling to create lasting lifestyle change, or feeling stuck in old patterns, therapy can help you reconnect with what matters most and move toward meaningful, sustainable growth.

My path to becoming a therapist began in the field of exercise science, where I earned my bachelor's degree and worked as a personal trainer. That experience taught me that lasting change involves far more than willpower—it requires understanding the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical well-being. This realization led me to pursue a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

Today, I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with principles of behavior change, mindfulness, and lifestyle psychology to help clients build resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and create changes that endure. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing involves both the mind and the body, and that therapy should be both reflective and practical.

My approach to therapy

Healing involves understanding both your body's mind and your body's response to life's challenges. Drawing from my backgrounds in exercise science and clinical mental health counseling, I integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness and somatic interventions to help clients understand how life experiences influence their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and nervous system. Together, we'll strengthen the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and nervous system while building practical coping skills that promote confidence, healthier relationships, and a life guided by purpose, meaning, and values.

What you can expect from me

Growth and healing aren't about eliminating every difficult emotion. It's about learning to navigate life while remaining connected to yourself and what matters most. If you're ready to begin clearing the path forward, I'd be honored to join you on that journey.
