I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience in psychotherapy. I graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a master of social work as well as a masters of art in women's studies. My treatment approach is holistic but I've also found success with more traditional treatment modalities as CBT and narrative.
My approach to therapy is informal. I've found that creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable addressing a myriad of concerns has helped me draw connections and better understand my clients perspective
