Great to meet you!

I’m a Loyola University New Orleans graduate dedicated to helping you understand the relational patterns that impact every part of your life—from past trauma to daily habits. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and develop the resilience needed to navigate an unpredictable world with more grace, curiosity, and tolerance. I lead our work with empathy and humor, bringing a curious spirit to every session to support you in your growth.

My approach to therapy

Every client’s journey is unique, which is why my approach is rooted in the belief that therapy is about building an authentic, human relationship with you first. I believe that real growth happens through a blend of deep compassion and constructive directness. In our work together, I’ll show up as a real person—utilizing my clinical expertise and professional modalities to help you navigate your challenges while offering the gentle challenges you need to see things from a new perspective.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about you being seen and heard. I show up as an active listener and participant with the aim to learn about you, your hopes, and your struggles. Through clarifying questions aimed to better understand and relate to you, we’ll begin to identify the goals you want to set and the patterns we need to confront. My hope is that you leave feeling truly understood, with our initial conversation seeding the deeper work we will do in the sessions to follow.
