Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable and understood from our very first conversation. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem struggles, relationship difficulties, big life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by their emotions. Whatever brought you here, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly heard, without judgment, so you can start to make sense of what you're going through.

My approach to therapy

Every person's path to healing looks different, which is why I draw from a range of approaches tailored to your specific needs and goals. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, motivational interviewing to build momentum toward the changes you want to make, and strengths-based and solution-focused techniques to help you recognize the resources you already have and apply them to the challenges in front of you. If you're someone who feels stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by big emotions, or unsure how to move forward after a difficult transition, this collaborative, practical approach can help you find real traction.

What you can expect from me

What matters most to me is the relationship we build together. I meet clients exactly where they are, at their own pace, with empathy and genuine curiosity about their story. Together, we'll work on building coping skills that actually fit your life, growing your self-awareness, and strengthening the confidence to handle whatever comes next. My hope for every client is that they leave our work together feeling more resilient, more grounded, and more like themselves.

If any of this resonates with you, I'd love the chance to support you on your journey.
