Great to meet you!

My name is Tynisha Moreno, I am a Licensed Behavior Therapist in Pennsylvania and an LPCMH for Delaware and PennsylvaniaI have over 13 years of experience working as a clinician, working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients of varying ages with a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting challenges, and ADHD. I enjoy the work I do working with people to help them set goals and develop a plan that targets their road to success. I understand how labels can be debilitating, but with the right approach, there can be growth toward a successful lifestyle.

Aa a mental health counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgment. I specialize in autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, personal growth offering personalized support tailored to your unique needs.

I specialize in helping people navigate life’s challenges by offering compassionate, personalized counseling. Together, we can work through difficult emotions, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to help you feel more in control and at peace.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect that the initial session will focus on gathering information about their concerns, background, and needs. This allows me to better understand their situation and provide the most appropriate support and guidance moving forward.
