Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with more than three years of clinical experience providing compassionate and evidence-based mental health care. I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, ADHD, and mood-related disorders. I graduated from Walden University in 2022, where I received advanced training in psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management. Since graduating, I have been dedicated to serving individuals living with both substance use and mental health disorders. I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. My approach to treatment is individualized, collaborative, and focused on each client’s unique goals and strengths. I work closely with clients to develop treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and healthy coping strategies. I am passionate about helping individuals improve emotional wellness, stability, and overall quality of life. I value building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and open communication. My goal is to support every client on their journey toward healing, recovery, and long-term mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on each client’s unique needs and goals. I create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and concerns. I use evidence-based practices to assess symptoms, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans. My care may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies to promote emotional wellness. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and support they need to achieve stability, healing, and long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where they can openly discuss their concerns. During the appointment, I will gather information about their mental health symptoms, medical history, past treatment, and current life stressors. We will talk about their goals for treatment and what they hope to achieve through care. I will provide professional guidance, answer questions, and discuss treatment options that may include therapy, medication management, or coping strategies. My goal is for every client to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about their next steps.
