Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience helping people navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I use practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and clinical hypnosis.

My goal is to help you build coping skills, feel more in control, and improve your day-to-day life in a supportive, structured space.

I offer virtual therapy and focus on making care accessible, effective, and tailored to where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy helps clients slow down, gain clarity, and handle challenges more effectively. I focus on identifying patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while teaching practical tools you can use in real time.

Sessions are structured but flexible, with space for both processing and skill-building. I help clients build awareness, improve emotional control, and feel more confident managing stress and making decisions. I also use guided techniques like relaxation and focus exercises to support calm and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we’ll begin with an intake assessment. This helps us understand what’s been going on, your background, and what you want to work toward.

I’ll guide the conversation with questions so we can identify key concerns, patterns, and areas of focus. By the end of the session, we’ll begin outlining goals and next steps so you leave with a clear direction and know what to expect moving forward.
