I am a dually certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have 15 years of experience in healthcare but I have been a practicing Nurse Practitioner since 2018. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a Provider. My passion lies in motivating, encouraging, and educating.

I am glad that God has gifted me the passion to share the importance of being physically and mentally well. I have been led and encouraged to help each person figure out how to be physically and mentally whole.

Growing Gracefully Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, was created to provide an integrative psychiatric approach for all clients. Here at Growing Gracefully, the goal is to provide a safe and nurturing place for clients to come and work out any mental health challenges that they may be faced with. By providing an integrative approach, the root of the issues are addressed first.

It is important to provide care, holistically.
