I am a licensed clinical social worker in FL, Idaho, Virginia; licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Rhode Island.

I graduated from Barry University in 2014 and have been working within the mental health and hospital field since.

I enjoy helping others overcome the challenges life throws at them. With the right mindset, support and environment, I believe change is possible.

I provide psychotherapy services to individuals in a collaborative, supportive, and safe environment.

I do NOT currently offer couples or family therapy.*

As a clinician with 12 years of experience in diverse fields, I’ve had the privilege to work with everyone from children to older adults; I feel I have something to offer to most individuals who are struggling with the challenges of life.

I believe some of my greatest strengths as a provider are my abilities to overcome challenges, my warmth and ability to empathize with others. I consider myself an overcomer. I’ve experienced many challenges, but by the grace of God, I was able to overcome. I had a great support system who saw me through. My career stemmed from my desire to help pay it forward. I had an amazing therapist who helped me through the grief of losing my daughter 16 years ago; my goal is to help others without imposing judgement. “Joy comes in the morning.” I believe you can see the light at the end of that tunnel if you’re determined and willing to put in the effort.

From the outset, I strive to comprehend my clients’ reasons for seeking therapy and their desired outcomes to develop a tailored treatment plan. It’s important to note that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My primary objective is to collaborate with my clients to create a treatment plan that aligns with their unique needs and goals.
