I've been in the field of mental health for over 15 years, but in the last few years, I have dedicated much of my practice to supporting and empowering female clients 18+, helping them navigate a variety of challenges and conditions. Additionally, I provide support to individuals ages 15 and up, assisting them with a variety of challenges they may face.
