Great to meet you!

Perhaps you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with relationships, processing grief, recovering from difficult experiences, or trying to understand patterns that keep repeating in your life. You may be tired of overthinking, questioning yourself, or feeling like no matter how hard you try, something still isn't working.

Therapy provides a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your distress while building practical tools to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be honest about what's really going on, without fear of judgment. While I provide a supportive environment, I also help clients identify patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, especially if you've spent years managing things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted. They've tried to push through challenges on their own, only to find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want.

In our work together, you can expect a balance of compassion and honest conversation. We will focus not only on symptom relief but also on understanding the deeper experiences, relationships, and beliefs that may be contributing to your current struggles. Therapy is not about fixing what's wrong with you—it's about helping you better understand yourself and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, trauma, self-esteem, or a major life transition, I strive to provide a space where meaningful growth and healing can occur.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to figure everything out before reaching out. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion, authenticity, and practical support, I'd be honored to work with you.
