Great to meet you!

I help women, adolescents, and adults who feel overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, or life transitions feel more grounded and confident by building on their strengths and creating practical tools for change.

You may be moving through a loss, overthinking everything, or adjusting to a new season that feels harder than expected. A relationship shift, parenthood, a career change, or stepping into new responsibilities can leave you feeling unsteady. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with what helps you feel like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused, strengths-based, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’m warm, direct, and focused on helping you recognize the patterns keeping you stuck while building on what is already working. In our first session, we’ll talk through what brought you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to feel differently, so we can create a clear path forward together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is yours to set the tone. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping feels different. I'll ask questions, you'll ask questions, and by the end we'll have a clear sense of direction and next steps. No pressure, just an honest conversation about what you need.
