My approach to therapy is very collaborative with you, the client. It's YOUR therapy. I'll bring the tools and techniques into the therapy room that are evidenced based practices. Some of the modalities I utilize to do this are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, and more.
Together, we will create goals and pathways to achieving those goals that are realistic for your life and circumstances. You will learn and practice tools that you can take with you for the rest of your life. This time together will be an investment for not only what's going on now, but for your future.
