Great to meet you!

I offer compassionate, faith-based therapy for individuals and couples facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, infidelity, and suicide-related concerns. With over 15 years of clinical experience and more than 37 years of marriage, I bring both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to my work. I provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for all clients, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to help people find hope, healing, and greater emotional and spiritual wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, respectful, and grounded in both Christian values and evidence-based care. I work to understand the whole person, including the emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects of their experience. Together, we explore the challenges you are facing, identify what matters most, and consider practical options for healing and growth. I strive to create a therapeutic space built on empathy, trust, encouragement, and hope.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can begin sharing what has brought them to therapy. We will talk about the concerns you are facing, what feels overwhelming or unclear, and what you hope to gain from counseling. My focus is on helping you feel heard, respected, and safe as we begin building clarity around your needs and goals. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better sense of direction and a starting place for moving forward.
