Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 20+ years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate some of life’s most difficult moments—whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, infidelity, divorce, grief, and/or loss. I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re stuck in a cycle of stress, sadness, or disconnection. My goal is to offer you a supportive, compassionate, and uplifting space where you can feel hopeful and confident about your future.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded through a combination of complementary therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, holistic therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. My goal is to help you heal from the past while building the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful change in your future. Together, we’ll set goals that reflect your values and work at a pace that feels right for you. Whether we’re addressing personal challenges or relationship dynamics, I aim to make therapy a collaborative and empowering experience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel truly heard, supported, and encouraged in each session. My work is solution-oriented and focused on helping you gain clarity, reduce emotional pain, and experience more joy and balance in your daily life. Clients often leave our work together feeling more confident, connected, and equipped with practical strategies to move forward. Whether you’re seeking healing, personal growth, or a more fulfilling relationship, I’m here to help you take that next step, and I look forward to connecting with you soon!
