Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor who works with adults navigating trauma, difficult relationships, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful, with space to slow down, understand recurring patterns, and explore what your emotions may be communicating. I draw from trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and reflective approaches while tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. My goal is to help you feel understood while developing greater clarity, stronger boundaries, and deeper trust in yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in careful listening. I help clients slow down and explore patterns in their emotions, relationships, and beliefs about themselves without rushing them toward a solution. Depending on what is needed, I may use reflective questioning, trauma-informed and attachment-based work, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and practical tools for strengthening boundaries. Therapy is tailored to the individual, with the goal of creating change that feels genuine and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to learn what has been weighing on you, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope may feel different over time. I will ask thoughtful questions, but you will not be pressured to share more than you are ready to discuss. Together, we will begin identifying the patterns, concerns, and goals that feel most important. My priority is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and clearer about how we can move forward together.
