Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you!

As Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I understand the importance of making your mental health priority. You have actually taken the first step to getting the help you need, so congratulations! I have 20 years of experience as a Social Worker and work to always build a healthy therapeutic rapport with clients. I use empathy, understanding and healthy feedback so that my clients feel safe and comfortable sharing and getting the help they need.

My approach to therapy

Although I have years of experience, I still enjoy the work that I do and understand that every client is different. Therefore, each client has their own individual plan for meeting goals. I use the following approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Body-Mind Psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

During your introductory session you will have an opportunity to share what brought you to therapy, expectations and outcomes. We will explore your current and past coping styles because we want to do more of what works, while also incorporating new techniques to help you reach the wholeness you deserve. During each session, we will work together in order to move towards reaching your established goals.
