Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help clients identify barriers to growth, build resilience, and develop new perspectives and skills to navigate life’s challenges.

I use a client-centered, multimodal approach and am trained in CBT, DBT and ACT. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Hungary prior to moving to the United States. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Pennsylvania State University and my areas of focus include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is person-centered and strengths-based, focused on empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique experiences.
