Great to meet you!

As your counselor, I want you to know that you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, or questions of self-worth, I’m here to walk alongside you with encouragement and support. My passion is helping people find their voice, discover new ways to express emotions, and build healthier patterns in their lives. Together, we’ll work on quieting negative self-talk, setting boundaries that honor your needs, and creating space for healing and self-discovery. My hope is that our time together will leave you feeling more empowered and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach stems from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). However, I will incorporate additional methods and techniques based on your personalized needs. I am EMDR trained and have worked with many clients to help them find freedom after experiencing traumatic life-changing events. If you desire Christian counseling, please let me know.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Through empathy and compassion, I hope to provide a place where you can reflect, heal, and grow at your own pace. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey—helping you work through the obstacles that may be holding you back so you can experience greater joy, fulfillment, and a renewed sense of hope in life.
