Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional, with 20 years of experience providing community counseling, crisis work, case management and rehabilitation services to individuals and families dealing with mental health and chemical dependency issues. I have a great commitment to providing the highest standard of quality care to individuals, families and communities, to contribute positive mental health services that improve individuals' quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe clients are the experts on their own lives. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, allowing clients to lead while I work alongside them to better understand their goals, strengths, and needs. I strive to hold hope for my clients, especially during difficult moments, and walk alongside them as they work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session will focus on getting to know one another, building a trusting and collaborative relationship, exploring the client’s experiences and needs, and identifying their goals for therapy. I will create space for the client to share what feels most important to them while working together to develop a direction for our work.
