Great to meet you!

Vanessa enjoys working with adults navigating life transitions, enhancing relationships, and building a strong mental health foundation. Vanessa believes in nurturing the foundation with oneself to support meaningful relationships with others and positive life choices.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential. I provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. We work collaboratively to create a personalized treatment plan to meet your unique goals. I use cognitive techniques, mindfulness practices, and EMDR strategies to soothe emotional distress and work towards goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to meet weekly or bi-weekly based on needs. Each session is based on your unique presentation. Progress on goals and needed adjustments are discussed. Sessions focus on building clarity, momentum, and a greater understanding of self.
