Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Dr. Vanessa Gonzalez. I've worked with adults of all ages navigate anxiety, low moods, grief, life changes, and relationship concerns. As a social worker by training, I highly consider the environment's impact on us, including our upbringing and our current life circumstances. I've completed advanced training in perinatal mental health so I can best support parents navigating pregnancy and parenthood.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy or “quick fixes.” Instead, I offer a thoughtful, steady space for self-understanding, self-compassion, and sustainable change. I pull from several modalities to best suit your needs- whether that's exploring how your past is influencing you now or practicing new tools to help you navigate today's stressors.

What you can expect from me

If you’re struggling with anxiety, the weight of past trauma, or feeling stuck in a difficult season of life, you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re in your 20s figuring out who you are or later in life facing new chapters, therapy can help you feel less stuck and more connected to what matters to you.
