Great to meet you!

Vanessa Hunter, LPC-S

Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a licensed therapist and for the past 15 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside people as they work through some of life’s toughest seasons. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, neurodivergence, chronic health issues, relationship struggles, or grief, I’m here to offer support, understanding, and practical tools to help you move forward. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe—so my goal is to create that space with every client. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work toward growth and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I help adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, grief, and relationship stress. Using a holistic, client-centered approach, I tailor evidence-based therapies like EMDR, TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to support healing, growth, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. I believe meaningful change happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and the life you want. When you're ready, I’m here to help.
