Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about walking alongside people during some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible for everyone.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, and identity exploration. I’m committed to creating a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self.

With training in EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs—always with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and I’m here to support your healing in a way that honors your values, goals, and lived experience.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space and bring a culturally sensitive, inclusive lens to all my work. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and move toward deeper connection, healing, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I create a safe, affirming space to explore your experiences, build self-awareness, and begin healing.

Together, we’ll identify patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop tools to manage in a healthier way. You'll gain insight into how your past impacts your present—and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Most of all, I want you to leave each session with a deeper sense of strength, hope, and possibility.
