Great to meet you!

Welcome - I am so happy you're here. I graduated with my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica in 2019 and have been working in the mental health field for 7 years. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth, my goal is to ensure you feel seen and empowered. My role is to walk alongside you as you discover new perspectives, strengths, and possibilities.

My approach to therapy

You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I offer compassionate, non-judgmental therapy for adults, young adults, and adolescents navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, or self-esteem challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, there's no pressure to share everything all at once. We will go at your pace. I'll invite you to tell me a little about what brings you here, and I'll listen closely so I can start to understand your story. You can ask questions, and share your hopes for therapy. My hope is that you leave the session feeling a bit lighter, more at ease, and reassured that you don't have to carry everything on your own.
