Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and concerns. With extensive clinical experience, I've developed a deep understanding of stress, anxiety, grief, and eating disorders, as well as ADHD-related challenges. I work with adolescents and adults navigating communication difficulties, questions about life purpose, social anxiety, and seasonal affective patterns. I also specialize in supporting those struggling with eating and food-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and a genuine commitment to meeting you where you are. I create a therapeutic space that honors your values and perspective, free from judgment. I believe in the power of open dialogue and collaboration—working together to help you build meaningful connections, clarify your direction, and develop practical tools for managing life's complexities.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to meet one another and determine whether and how we can work best together. I aim to create a comfortable environment and, through conversation, get to know you as a whole person. From there, we work together to set initial goals and a plan to move forward.
