Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Vanessa. I’m so glad you’re taking a step toward improving your health and overall well-being. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and bring over four years of experience helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with Christian values, offering compassionate, personalized support that meets you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and deeply rooted in a strengths-based perspective. I believe in seeing the whole person: biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually, and honoring each individual’s unique journey.

Clients often tell me they feel safe opening up quickly, even about their most vulnerable experiences. I’ve been described as deeply empathetic, easy to talk to, and one of the most accepting and nonjudgmental people they’ve worked with. I bring a calm, grounded presence into the therapy space, creating an atmosphere of safety and trust.

What you can expect from me

While I approach my work with kindness and understanding, I’m also direct and goal-focused, offering encouragement and honest feedback in a way that clients say feels supportive, not critical. It’s this balance of acceptance and accountability that many of my clients find most transformative: they feel truly seen, never judged, and motivated to grow.
