Great to meet you!

Welcome! You've landed in the right place if you are a woman navigating life's transitions - becoming a mother, stepping into a new career, adjusting to a shifting sense of self, or carrying anxiety or depression that feels too heavy to hold alone. My passion and specialization is in working with women in every season of life, with a particular heart for perinatal depression and anxiety, the emotional weight of new motherhood, and the unique pressures women face as they grow in their careers. Whether your anxiety feels like a quiet hum or an overwhelming roar, you deserve real, compassionate support.

My approach to therapy

Expect genuine care and focus on you as a whole person (rather than just your symptoms). My approach is warm and relational, designed to help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns and build lasting emotional resilience. For those open to it, I also offer faith-based support, honoring the role that Christian values and spirituality can play in healing.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis intervention, and perinatal mental health. Allow yourself to take care of yourself and experience opportunities for self-growth and healing. Here at the Therapist's Lounge, you are able to be your authentic self without judgment and criticism.

What you can expect from me

Ready for holistic change? Seeking a new season of healing, growth, and renewed hope? I'd love to connect. Our first session is simply a conversation. You share what's been on your heart, ask questions, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no checklist. Just a safe, judgment-free space created entirely for you. Reach out with questions!
