I attended Boston College for my MSW and worked in inpatient, residential, and school outpatient settings prior to my current job at Somerville Hospital's adolescent inpatient unit.
I work with a wide range of diagnostic presentations, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, BPD, psychosis, suicidality, self-harm, and aggressive behaviors.
My approach is strengths based and trauma informed; I will meet you where you are at to create as comfortable of an environment as possible for you. I want you to feel empowered and safe in this space.
My goal is to help clients come out of session with coping skills they need and feeling like they were able to process what they needed to talk about in a trusting therapeutic relationship.
