Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatrist, I believe thoughtful, individualized mental health care is an important part of overall well-being. I've been in practice for over a decade and work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and those managing life transitions and stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized, grounded in a careful understanding of each person’s experiences and goals. I integrate psychotherapy with medication management when appropriate, and take a thoughtful, measured approach to prescribing. I focus on creating a space where concerns can be explored openly while working together toward practical, manageable next steps.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I focus on gaining a thorough understanding of your concerns, history, and what brings you to care at this time. We’ll review relevant background, discuss your goals, and begin to outline a plan together.
