Great to meet you!

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you unlearn the survival rules that kept you alive but are now keeping you stuck, to untangle what stress, trauma, and broken systems have layered onto you, and to support you in coming home to yourself on your own terms. Healing isn’t cute, it’s not aesthetic, and it’s definitely not something you hustle your way into. It’s messy, honest, layered, and deeply human. It asks you to slow down instead of push through, to get real instead of performing “okay,” and to build tools that actually support you when things feel heavy.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients navigating eating disorders, OCD, perinatal mental health, and trauma. Therapy is flexible, real-life focused, and tailored to you. I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic, mindfulness, and expressive approaches to help you process experiences, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with clarity, strength, and choice.

What you can expect from me

This is where you learn you don’t have to carry everything alone, and that your emotions aren’t problems to erase but signals worth listening to. Your story matters here. Your identity is respected here. And we don’t bypass pain with positivity or grind our way into wellness because real healing requires safety, dignity, and connection.
