Great to meet you!

I've spent years building a psychiatric practice rooted in lifespan care, working with people of all ages through some of life's most complex challenges. Bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety are at the heart of my work, and I bring both medication management and talk therapy to the table so your care fits your actual needs. I know what it looks like to feel uncertain about where to start, and I'll meet you where you are. My goal is to give you the kind of structure and support that helps you move forward at your own pace, on your own terms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and whole-person focused. I take time to understand your life before recommending anything, and I draw on both medication management and therapy when that combination serves you best. I work across the full lifespan and bring patience and an open mind to every session.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I want to hear what's been going on for you, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. You won't be rushed and there are no wrong answers. By the end, we'll have a shared sense of where to start and a plan that actually fits your life.
