Great to meet you!

I am here to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

I am a bilingual therapist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate a wide range of life challenges. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, life transitions, and challenges with setting and achieving personal goals. I also welcome clients who are seeking to explore spirituality and develop a deeper connection with themselves and their sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and supportive interventions, incorporating practical tools that can help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and create meaningful change.

I believe therapy is not simply about managing what is difficult—it can also be an opportunity to discover your inner strength, reconnect with who you are, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater self-awareness, inner peace, and confidence, empowering you to create the life you want and become the best version of yourself.
