Great to meet you!

I’ve been providing therapy for over a decade, supporting individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds. I create a safe, affirming space where LGBTQIA+ clients, parents, and those navigating relationships, trauma or identity can feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach combines compassion, honesty, and collaboration. Together we will deal with things head on, to help build self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools for change. Together, we explore patterns, celebrate progress, and work through the trauma, fostering growth, connection, and the belief that every person can heal and thrive.

My approach to therapy

Every therapist has different styles when providing therapy & my style includes providing a safe space, challenging you to dig deep, & find strength from within while assigning “homework”. Homework will be used to support your progress in between sessions. I also don't shy away from talks about spirituality & I try my best to demonstrate a profound belief in your ability to thrive.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling heard, supported, validated, & gently pushed to see & try out new possibilities to move you towards your goals. Together we will highlight your progress & problem-solve areas where improvement is needed.
