Great to meet you!
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma has begun to affect daily life. I offer a steady, welcoming space where you can talk through what is happening and what you hope will feel different, at a pace that feels manageable. I work with adults and seniors in individual therapy, including people navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma or PTSD. I believe your experiences, strengths, and goals belong at the center of our work. My background includes behavioral health, healthcare, and community-based settings, and I bring three years of experience to that work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-S). I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University.
