Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly 10 years of clinical experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, self-esteem concerns, and stress related to work, family, and caregiving. I provide a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can feel supported while also building practical tools for lasting change.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and individualized to each client’s needs. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, and insight-oriented work to help clients better understand patterns, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with themselves. I have particular experience working with anxiety, women’s issues, relationship dynamics, burnout, and recovery from emotionally unhealthy relationships. Additionally, I work with individuals going through IVF journeys, infant loss, perinatal and postpartum care.
