Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I'm Vi Nguyen, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working in university counseling, community mental health, and telehealth settings.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and depression. Much of my experience has been supporting graduate students, healthcare professionals, young adults, and individuals navigating high-pressure environments while balancing personal, academic, or career demands.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe therapy is not about "fixing" you but helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build effective coping strategies, and create a life that aligns with your values.

What you can expect from me

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to identify goals and create a plan that supports meaningful progress.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to have a better understanding of how we might work together and some initial ideas for moving toward the changes that matter most to you.
