I work with patients with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Substance use disorders (Addiction Health), Bipolar disorder, Dementia, and other behavioral health issues.

At my core, I prioritize the mental well-being of my clients, offering a range of evidence-based treatments and therapies tailored to meet their unique needs. I am highly skilled and I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can find solace, healing, and growth.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based approaches to deliver patient-centred and trauma-informed types of care, which are tailored to suit the patient’s needs, goals, and vision. My personal background has helped me to acquire excellent intercultural communication skills, having practice in healthcare across different continents and multiple cultures.

I understand that seeking help for mental health can be daunting, which is why I emphasize empathy, respect, and confidentiality in every interaction.
