Great to meet you!

I provide individualized therapy, that is client focused. I have experience with a wide array of populations, which include those involved in the criminal justice system, other vulnerable populations, and individuals with common issues and concerns looking for support and interventions. I have experience in inpatient substance abuse treatment, outpatient, and treatment for those in specialty courts with severe mental illnesses and generalized telehealth treatment. I have seven years' experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is adaptable to the individual. I am open to structure therapy to the preferences of the individual and will give my professional direction as needed. I prefer to view myself as a guide on your chosen journey.

What you can expect from me

I would like clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. A session should include solutions, structure, and individualized guidance or support. Each session should build upon each other towards meeting the goals created by the client.
