Great to meet you!

My name is Victoria and I am a licensed counselor in North Carolina. I welcome clients from all walks of life and believe that therapy should be a safe and inclusive space for all. Whether you are facing unwanted anxiety or depression symptoms, exploring your gender identity or sexuality, navigating difficult life transitions, experiencing relationship challenges, trauma or grief, you are not alone. These concerns can feel overwhelming and it’s normal to want support as you work through them.

My approach to therapy

It is my goal to provide therapy that is empowering and strength based, prioritizing you and your needs every step of the way. I tend to utilize Person-Centered, CBT, and Solution-Focused techniques to help you reach your goals. For those who may find it helpful, I can also provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process traumatic memories and difficult emotions.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, I'll spend time getting to know you and learning about your goals for therapy. You can expect each session to be client-focused and taken at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I truly believe that you are the expert on you and that my role is to come alongside you on this journey, helping you find ways to explore and understand yourself more deeply and create a life that feels authentic to who you are.
