Great to meet you!

Hello! I aim to help you grow through what you go through. I bring a compassionate, curious, and nonjudgmental presence into our sessions, creating a space where you can feel safe to be fully yourself. I care deeply about understanding your unique story and experiences, and I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered as you navigate challenges, connect with your strengths, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, holistic, and deeply insight-oriented. I work collaboratively with you to explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also helping you build practical tools for navigating day-to-day life. I often incorporate parts work to help you better understand and connect with different aspects of yourself, especially those shaped by past experiences, protective patterns, or unmet needs.

I integrate approaches like DBT for emotional regulation and coping skills, along with somatic and mindfulness-based techniques to support nervous system awareness and regulation. I also focus on helping you slow down, increase self-awareness, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Together, we will make space for both depth and action, processing what’s underneath while also creating meaningful, sustainable change in how you move through your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and supportive introduction where we begin getting to know each other. We will gently explore what’s bringing you to therapy, along with any past or current experiences that feel important to share. There is no pressure to open up all at once. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and at ease. From there, we’ll start identifying your goals and begin shaping a plan for how therapy can support you moving forward.
