Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Victoria and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am committed to helping adolescents and adults learn how to build healthier relationships, practice self-awareness, and cope with life stressors. In addition to providing telehealth, I am experienced in incorporating horses into in-person psychotherapy sessions.

My work focuses on the mind-body connection and helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and worries without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I believe in taking a collaborative and strength-based approach to helping clients reach their goals.

I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques in sessions.

What you can expect from me

At our very first session, I will learn more about you and the support you are looking for. Together we will outline your goals for therapy. In each subsequent session we will work towards accomplishing those goals. This could be through therapeutic activities, talk therapy, or a combination of the two. While I always plan sessions in advance, I leave room for your requests and what you are needing that day. Having choice and being able to advocate your needs is very important to me.
