I'm a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor based in Kansas, passionate about helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma substance use, performance blocks, and self-limiting patterns. Whether you're navigating stress, recovery, or a desire for personal growth, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space to support you in taking bold steps toward meaningful change.

I am a graduate from the University of Kansas with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have a Bachelors of Science in Social Work and Early Childhood Development from Pittsburg State University I have 15 years of experience working with the general population at a community mental health center, providing individual and group therapy to adults and teens with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

Therapy with me is both goal-oriented and deeply supportive. I believe in using evidence-based practices while adapting to the unique needs of each person I work with. Whether we’re working on managing intense emotions, processing trauma, or breaking free from habits that no longer serve you, I’ll meet you where you are — and challenge you, when needed, to help you grow.
