Great to meet you!

Hello! How are you? I am a licensed mental health therapist who is committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. My clinical focus includes supporting clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns. I am especially passionate about working with women, college students, and those who are addressing issues related to identity, life transitions, relationships, and emotional well-being. In every session, my goal is to create a safe, empowering environment where healing and personal growth can thrive.

My approach to therapy

Welcome to my practice! My approach to therapy is relational, culturally aware, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s unique story. I want to hear YOUR story and help you find your "a-ha!" moment.

My therapy style is to integrate psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and humanistic principles to support a deeper understanding of the self and the inner systems that influence thoughts and emotions. I believe that healing is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to take an active role in their healing journey, develop self-compassion, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
